Paris Hilton reportedly plans to appeal her 45-day jail sentence.
Hilton’s are currently filing papers and plan to file either today or first thing Monday morning.
Meanwhile, Paris’ “medical reasons” are being questioned.
“We saw her twitch and shake and shiver. There appears to be a medical problem.” That’s Greta Van Sustern, who is saying on Fox News (yes, I had to watch that godforsaken channel for this crap) that Paris appeared in court to be sick. When asked by Shepard Smith if it was “spoiled-brat-itis,” Greta said, “I’m more suspicious that it’s drug-related. That’s my wild guess. That’s what it appears like. She needs medical care.”
A rash? A nervous breakdown? A drug problem? Who knows?!?

Okay, but my biggest question is that if it truly was such a horrible condition (mental or physical) what would being at home do to alleviate this. If there is a serious problem and they didn’t want the backlash, they should have ordered her to go straight to a specialist or hospital or something. I am not trying to kick Paris when she is down (hey, we have all been there) but if the only cure you need for a ‘medical condition’ is the confines of your own home…um, then ain’t shit wrong witcha.

Weird. Usually when I see people crying I feel sympathy for them…
I feel a little bit of sympathy for her crying, because I really don’t think this whole cufuffle of her being taken in and out of jail is her fault, and now its made her sentence even worse. I think it should just be the original 23 days that she was sentence to and she should just pull herself together and get through it the best she can. If she fulfills her jail sentence I will have a lot more respect for her, as should a lot of people.

Paris, a little advice… Behave like an adult and do your time!
She is still expected to earn a day every four days. She will be out in 23. The judge was just clear about other options like, no work furlough, ankle bracelet, etc. But no mention of not earning good behavior days. Violating probation/parole is a serious matter, especially in LA.
Detoxing is part of prison. Nearly every convict has do go through it.
