Staying true to her new hippie chic maternity style, Ashlee Simpson was spotted heading to a Fourth of July party yesterday in a printed moo-moo, gypsy flats and oversized shades.
Joined by her hubby Pete Wentz, the mum-to-be didn’t answer any paparazzi questions about the bun in the oven, but rather shared a few festive greetings before slipping inside an awaiting SUV.
Meanwhile, rumours continue to mount suggesting that Mr. and Mrs. Wentz are expecting a boy. The latest piece of evidence? They recently created a gift register at exclusive Los Angeles baby boutique Petit Tresor. According to sources, the couple purchased an over abundance of blue things.
Pete recently revealed that he is eager to find out the sex of his baby. “I’d like to know the sex of the baby. It would be a bummer if you bought a boy a bunch of pink stuff!â€
