Cast members Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc, Lisa Kudrow and David Schwimmer have all reportedly signed on to reprise their roles for a big-screen adaptation “within the next 18 months.”
So, what inspired the sexy six to reunite? The recent smash success of Sex And The City: The Movie.
The Friends gang were reportedly all on board for months, but the show’s star Jennifer Aniston was the one who was allegedly dragging her feet. But now a source says: “As the biggest star of the Friends franchise, Jennifer can’t help but look at what’s happened with Sarah Jessica Parker and the Sex And The City film and be a little jealous.”
The Sex And The City movie is set to rake in a global box office total of well over $300 million.

i don’t see this movie being good. i couldn’t stand the show after a while. joey became too much like a child, and if ross made a “i have to shit” face again…!!

Can we all agree that this is one of the coolest publicity stills EVER?!?!?! Love the retro look–it really illustrates their personalities from the show. Kudos to whoever dreamed this one up!

That photo is so cheesy. How ridiculous. God those six did anything for a dollar. Truth be told the show was more corny than anything. I’d never go see a movie. SATC gave me non-stop laughs and I was happy to pay $12 to see it even if it wasn’t that great.

hey! if you guys hate the show so much- why did you watch it? we should all agree that this is an amazing idea and for all of you who are complaining- no one is asking you to watch this video. you may think its a terrible idea-though insulting the actors and directors was going over the line- but there are people who are big fans of the show Friends and would like to see it. It may not have been funny for you- but it is funny for others….Go to college and take tests or go to work everyday. Maybe hard work will give you “non-stop laughs”.

I think friends is brilliant, even though in my 10 years book it says that they probably wont do one because it tends to suck, but tbh it could be amazing. You dont know that, friends makes you happy, or when you have a bad day. It makes you laugh.
I would like you to try to come out with something funny and write a fantasic script and cast it 24/7 my friend!
