The strung out rocker was snapped getting wheeled around in a shopping cart over the weekend as she puffed away on a cigarette and flahed the middle finger in Malibu.
Courtney looked rather at ease despite the unconventional mode of transport.
Meanwhile, a rep for Miss Love says: “Looks like she was having a good time, that’s all.”
All this comes weeks after Courtney threatened suicide after claiming the ashes of her husband, Kurt Cobain, disappeared from her home.

I caught on some news show or another that she thought she had broken her toe while out shopping, and that was the easiest way to get back to the car.
She’s always been slightly crazy but over the years I think she’s got worse. All the drugs and just the lifestyle she leads. I don’t think a guilty concience helps her very much either. I feel so sorry for her daughter…it must be really embarassing to have a mother like this.
