Heavily pregnant Gwen Stefani was spotted out in north London today getting in a little quality family time.
During the course of the outing, the expectant Hollaback Girl and her hubby Gavin Rossdale picked up a few sweets at Primrose Patisserie before taking their 2-year-old son Kingston for a go at the playground equipment at a near by park.
After a long and tiring day, the happy trio ended their day with a family dinner at an upscale restaurant. Gwen and loving husband Gavin are back in the British capital following a lengthy stay in Los Angeles, perhaps to watch the tennis at Wimbledon.

Seriously I don’t know Gwen handles having photogs follow her everywhere. I’ve never seen her pop off. It has to be upsetting to be hounded like that every friggin day.
Why does it seem like Kingston is not getting any bigger??!!
Wow I thought she would have had that baby by now! When is she actually due? I’m very very surprised she was allowed to fly in the condition that she is in. It’s a big risk to take.
