Despite earlier reports suggesting it was a rash that got her a Get-Out-Of-Jail-Free Pass, it appears Paris Hilton’s “medical reasons” were more mental than physical — like in the form of a nervous breakdown!
Per TMZ:
‘Psychiatrist Charles Sophy visited Hilton in jail yesterday and the day before. We’re told after Sophy’s visit yesterday, word was passed to the Sheriff that Hilton’s mental state was fragile and she was at risk.
Law enforcement sources have just told TMZ the County Jail medical team made the final decision to spring Paris based on Dr. Sophy’s psychological evaluation. And we’re told, Sheriff Lee Baca gave the final approval.’
Uh-oh. This case may set a precedence. If every whacko in jail used the Paris Hilton “Mental Problems” defense, there would be no one left to lock up!
Shame on the justice system. Boycott everything Hilton!

That’s not an excuse! Can you imagine how many people who go to jail with 5 to 10 year sentences crack up, but remain! she should do the time. House arrest my foot! How much you wanna bet taht she violates? I give her till the end of the weekend

I’m so glad Paris has confirmed what we all already knew–she is a spoiled, selfish, shallow brat who believe she is better than everyone else and must be treated as such….anyone taking bets as to when she will drive while on ‘house arrest’?? I cannot wait til she goes back to jail. I’ve never seen anyone who deserves it more than she does.

Jesus does not love ugly or fat people. He’s repulsed by them and that’s why he mind them ugly or fat.
Thankfully, Jesus realized his mistake and set Paris free. The Lord takes care of gorgeous people. Ugly or fat people deserve whatever they get. Jesus knows and awards good people by making them attractive and thin. The fat uglies are being punished!

there is no way she got out on psychological reasons less than a quarter into her sentence i’m telling you now. i say money talks.
I’m not surprised that she had a nervous breakdown, I think most girls in her postition would. But after only three days? I thought she was a bit tougher than that and would be able to last her whole sentence. I think she should have forced herself to stay in order to just prove to everyone that she could do it. That was her chance to make a lot of people think differently of her and she blew it. At least she is still serving her sentence.
I would be a serious mental casualty if I were tossed in jail … and for that reason, and many , many others, I ABIDE BY THE LAW. This is completely ridiculous! Hell, let ‘em all out. I’m sure the majority don’t WANT to be thiere either. Agree Arasto! BOYCOTT HILTON!

She grew up in the penthouse in the Waldorf Astoria - of course she’s going to have a nervous breakdown in a fucking cell … everyone is forgetting that she’s bn seeing this psycholgist since sep / oct 2006 so she clearly has mental problems way before this whole prison saga … of course she must have mental issues b/c if i got millions of comments everyday stating i should just die, i’m worthless etc etc.. then it’s bound to take it’s toll - especially when she hasnt rlly done anything to anybody

yeahyeah… exactly, it’s called narcissistic personality disorder and while it makes her hella annoying to be around, it isn’t reason enough to bust out of jail. If they let ppl out of jail for personality disorders, jails would be empty.
Let’s hope she violates by stepping out to the corner store or going to meet her dealer and gets sent back to the pokey.

Im not supporting paris or anything, but you can have a psychologist and not “clearly” have mental problems, yeahyeah. I think a lot of celebrities have psychologists because their life is very different from ours (their personal lives are public for all).
