Jessica Simpson hit up the The View in Las Vegas today.
The rising country star finally set the record straight about beau Tony Romo when Barbara Walters quizzed her about her love life.
“We’ve been together for …seven to almost eight months now,” Jessica said of her Dallas Cowboys QB cutie. “I don’t really know about wedding bells … I still love him, and I’m still with him, so that’s a good sign.”

I will have to admit, she is a better country singer then she was when she was a pop singer.

Is it just me or is she looking kind of chunky, could be a bad dress and all of her hair in her face hiding her neck and shoulders, or maybe it is in her face on purpose. Her arms just look big too, she is def bigger than Hasselbeck.
^I think it is the hair that makes her look not good. It is clearly fake hair and it is dry looking and a weird color. Her legs looked really thin but her face and upper body looked weird. She looks so hot when she wears her hair short and really straight. I don’t know why these girls always pile on the hair like that because they all look better with their short and healthy looking hair. Lastly, I can’t stand when she sings live.

The audio was horrid. I think Jessica has a good singing voice but she has always sounded so ‘Star Search’ if that makes sense. And the way she contorts her face (which she didn’t use to do back in the day) makes it hard to watch her sing. It’s all so over the top. I think that dress made her look thick in the mid-section, too.
I liked it. It is funny that some peope say she was off and other’s thing it was that good she was lip synching. That was definitely LIVE and I loved it. I just downloaded it from i tunes.
I don’t know what makes her think that just because she’s gone country, she has to start dressing so frumpy! (Didn’t mean to rhyme) Her outfits are HIDEOUS when she performs. Unflattering to her body, to her face…etc. I wish that if she is “back to her old self again” that she’d actually know who she was so she wouldn’t change what she wears/her hair color just because a new guy is in her life and/or she’s switching from pop to country. Carrie Underwood still dresses very pop for being country. No cowboy hats or boots. Jessica still seems like at the end of the day she’s just an insecure, confused person who still lacks a sense of self.
I think she’s much more suited for country. She has a great voice, but she never danced and her performances could never compete with that extravaganzas that Christina and Britney put on. I think her not dancing did affect her and not make her as popular as she could have been. Country doesn’t really involve dancing so much and I think she will do pretty well. The way she says she ’still’ loves him makes it sound like they broke up or have broken up….strange thing to say. You still love him despite what? I think they probably did break up for about five seconds and then realised they wanted to work it out.
Jessica looks drugged up and Elizabeth needs to shut the fuck up and go home to her kids.
