After a hard day at work, a girl’s gotta treat herself, right?

And that’s just exactly what Lindsay Lohan did last night as she joined girlfriend Samantha Ronson for a romantic night out at Dan Tana’s Restaurant in West Hollywood.

Sitting just tables away from fellow actress Cameron Diaz, LiLo and her ladyboy love nibbled on prosciutto and melon for an hour or so before trying to exit the L.A. eatery seperately.

Rocking her trademark leggings (why, why, why?), the comeback starlet called it a night before 11 PM and was back on the set of Labor Pains early this morning.

As for why Lindsay’s always poured into a pair of leggings? In a new interview, she says it’s her go-to outfit and that she doesn’t care what her fashion critics say.

“Black leggings, black tank top and black leather jacket. It’s safe and cheap,” replied Lohan when asked about her fall-back ensemble.

“Sometimes people say that I wear too many leggings, but I don’t care. I’ve always been pretty tapped into my sense of style and that’s always been important.”
