Well, Entertainment Tonight may be able to shed some light on the big mystery. According to their sources, it turns out her medical issue was actually “a rash†(read: HERPES!!!):
Sources close to the Hilton family tell ET the medical reason was actually a rash she developed on her body.According to People, Paris was having trouble behind bars. “She cries all day,†a source told the magazine. “She looks unwashed, she has no makeup and her hair is tangled. She cried audibly through the first two nights.â€
Looks like Paris went to jail sans her Valtrex perscription.

I don’t like her,but I don’t think the girl has herpes either.She probably did develop a rash.It could have been caused from a number of things.
A rash or a meltdown? She couldn’t handle being alone with her own self so does this mean that even Paris hates Paris?
Anyone else would have been sent to the infirmary. This is total crap. I was really looking forward to pics of her coming back from jail in 3 weeks looking like crap.

I don’t think the girl has herpes. In fact despite what everyone think I don’t think Paris gets a lot of action at all. I can’t even remember the last time I saw her photographed with a guy…probably Stavros like five months ago. She has said before that she doesn’t have sex with a lot of people and I don’t know why but I actually believe her. I think the whole herpes thing is just stupid its probably a stress rash or something.

I don’t love Paris but I can kinda see where she is coming from sometimes. I think she is hilarious and I make fun of her just like the rest of you but sometimes I think she deserves a break. I don’t like Lindsay because I think she’s just a copycat of everybody else and is just 100% desperate for any type of attention she can get. And Beyonce I just find extremely irritating and just too hoochy for me….too much glitter, big fake hair and makeup and a fur supporter grrrrr. And Brit- I won’t deny loving her. She’s got talent and I think she’s one of the few that actually warrants having a nervous breakdown. She’s had more attention than Paris, Lindsay and Nicole Richie put together in her lifetime but she’s actually achieved things with her life. A small town girl who absolutely owned the pop scene for years and I think she will again someday. So there’s where I stand and I don’t expect it all to make sense and everyone to agree with me.
