Things aren’t entirely peachy between the family of late actor Heath Ledger and his former live-in love Michelle Williams. In fact, the Dawson’s Creek star is thinking of boycotting the July 14 NYC premiere of his film, The Dark Knight.
Why, you ask? It’s all about money, honey!
Heath’s most recent will on file was written in 2003, almost two full years before the October 2005 birth of daughter Matilda. It stipulates that his immediate family was to inherit his millions. And even though it has since been decided that young Matilda will be the beneficiary of her father’s estate, Michelle is worried about the ability of Heath’s dad, Kim Ledger, to act as executor of the will. He allegedly mishandled his own inheritance after the passing of his father, losing a large sum of money for himself and his siblings.
Neither side has commented on this sticky situation.

Yeah, thats his kid, though it doesnt change that fact, that we will see WHOM is the money whore period.
Many of single parents raise thier kids without child support, and even welfare!
So, what makes this one so much more special?

LEDGER FAMILY AND MATILDA CAN HAVE THE REST ….THEY BROKE UP AT THE TIME OF HIS DEATH.. AND WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT MICHELLE DAUGHTER GETS ALL THE MONEY…
WHY BOTHER HAVING A WILL IF THE CHILDREN GET EVERYTHING..?? AND IF HE WANTS TO LEAVE EVERTHING TO HIS FAMILY HE SHOULD HAVE THE RIGHT..!! IF HE HAD A DRUG PROBLEM THEN THAT IS WHERE THE MONEY WENT… WHY CALL THE LEDGER FAMILY

WHY BOTHER HAVING CHRISTEN BALE , AARON ECKHART AND THE REST OF THE CAST IF THE BATMAN MOVIE IS DEDICATED TO HEATH LEDGER… WHY DIDN’T THE STUDIO RENAME
THE MOVIE “THE JOKER” .. IF HEATH’S FAMILY HAS TO FLY UP AND BE AT THE PREMIERE
FIRST BATMAN WAS ALL ABOUT KATIE HOLMES WHO PLAYED THE GIRLFRIEND OF BATMAN..
AND NOW THIS…IT WILL BE INTERESTING TO SEE THE LEDGER FAMILY AT THE PREMIERE..

Something about Michelle seems odd. She always appears to be an angry chick. I blame her for Heath’s death. She ditched his ass when he needed her the most, and took his kid away from him. Give all the money to Heath’s family. She can make enough on her own in the movies.

This is just so horrible… I know what this is like ’cause I’m going through the same thing! A family member has mismanged another member’s estate & has basically screwed the rest of the family!!! It is incredibly painful!! but justice WILL prevail. Good luck Michelle & Matilda! Matilda is his next of kin & she should get the money. Period.
