Looks like all those cardio ballroom classes really do work!

During a day out in Malibu Beach yesterday with hubby Harry Hamlin and their daughters, Delilah and Amelia, Dancing with the Stars alum Lisa Rinna showed off her sculpted bod in a colourful (albeit slightly age-inapproprate) two-piece bikini.

So, what’s the secret behind the 43-year-old mom’s svelt shape? In addition to a strict workout regimine, Lisa admits she’s a Jell-O-aholic!

The red carpet personality for TV Guide Network admits she stocks her fridge with the ready-made stuff, and says: “It’s just 10 calories, so when I’m trying to stay in red-carpet shape it is such a great low-cal snack for when I need something sweet.”

    Her upper lip is definitely her floating device - if not her boobs, but the woman looks awesome.

    The only reason Jell-O is her “secret” is because Jell-O is a major sponsor of the TV Guide network’s red carpet coverage/events. If Doritos sponsored it, she’d say to chow down on a bag of chips every evening.

    I think she looks amazing for her age! Anyone who saw her in Chicago should be as impressed as I was. She looked amazing in that show and she danced her heart out. Her lips may be a little overinflated, but they’ve been that way for years so obviously she likes that whole look or she probably would have taken the fillers out. I remember her back on Days of Our Lives as Billie and she really hasn’t changed much at all since then!

    She-male is gross looking. Even with a somewhat hard body, I wouldn’t touch her with my 1 1/2″ peen.
