The songstress recently purchased the estate for a mere $1.5 million.
The home is situated on a deep lot with a natural hammock of trees and beautiful landscape design that fits nicely in the very upscale Nashville neighbourhood which happens to be home to many other famous musicians.
Wonder if she’ll get a Welcome-to-the-Neighbourhood pie from fellow Nashville resident Nicole Kidman?

A normal upscale house. It’s refreshing, in all honesty. I’m sure it’s on a fair chunk of land, which is why it’s at the $1.5 million price.

Hell even here in Oklahoma (cheapest place around to live!) for 250K it wouldnt look like that.
