The perpetually troubled star, who has been diagnosed with early stage emphysema due to smoking crack and cigarettes, is rumored to be leaving to prepare for Nelson Mandela’s birthday celebrations in Hyde Park followed by the Glastonbury Music Festival.
But before hopping on a jet and warming up her vocal cords, Amy hit the shops to pick up some cigarettes before jumping back into her car.

Her teeth look good? Until you go around the other side and realise she has one missing! At least they look cleaner than usual. Seriously I’ve given up on caring about this girl. She’s got a million health problems all caused by her own actions. She’s been given so many chances and the opportunity to go to some of the best rehab centers in the UK but she’s turned it all down. She will never get better until she recognises her problem and gets some help.
