Proving that their sense of charity (and need for press coverage) knows no boundaries, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt attended the Dr. Frank Ryan Bony Pony Ranch Foundation Fundraiser in Malibu yesterday.
The nonprofit organization founded by Dr. Frank Ryan aims to help underprivileged and at-risk youth excel beyond their current situations.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH Do they realise that they make themselves look like even bigger idiots every time they step out. I just have to laugh at how pathetic they are. Everyone is laughing at them, not with them. They would seriously go to the opening of an envelope to get their picture taken. I guess they have nothing better to do seeing as they have no friends. Spencer’s own sister doesn’t even like them!
