Nicky Hilton and boyfriend David Katzenberg had lunch at Terroni restaurant in Los Angeles yesterday.

The two lovebirds seemed very affectionate as they exchanged smiling glances between random hugs throughout their day out.

Rocking shorts and a stunning blue tank top, Nicole parlayed the sidewalk into her very own red carpet as she strutted back to her car. While she was having lunch, Niclole forgot to put change in her parking meter resulting in a citation.

Being from the Hilton family, it’s probably pocket change for the hotel heiress!
