Lindsay Lohan ain’t quite ready to quit smoking — she’s just getting sneaky about it!
Photogs caught up with La Smokehan today taking a quick smoke break on the L.A. set of her upcoming movie, Labor Pains.
While we’re used to seeing LiLo proudly displaying a box of Ariva lozenges at any and every photo-op, we figure that if smoking cigarettes is the worst thing Lohan’s been doing (other than Samantha Ronson), it’s a vast improvement from her previous addictions.

Anyone who thinks that Lindsay is not taking drugs or drinking is living in a dreamworld! Rehab was a big joke to her and just for public appearance. I don’t think for one minute she was ever not taking drugs and drinking. I have a lot of friends who have worked with Lindsay or are friends with her and they all have laughed at the idea of her being clean and sober. Anyone who works in the industry or goes out in LA knows that she’s still using, she’s just being more careful about it. She’s going out with Samantha Ronson for fuck’s sake…of course she’s on the nightly specials!!
