So, where is the Britster headed? She was reportedly ready all week to hop a flight at a moment’s notice to be by pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears’ side in Mississippi.
The 17-year-old, who’s expecting her first child with fiancé Casey Aldridge is due to give birth any day now.
Sources say Jamie Lynn was scheduled to deliver naturally, but may opt for a C-section for health reasons.

Every time I look at Britney I get kinda sad. I remember when she first came out she seemed to have everything, the looks, talent, nice records, cool videos, a nice family but suddenly things started to go wrong. The marriage with the user, her health issues, the kids she cant even have with her. I wonder what happened that she ended up like this! I feel really sorry for her!

easy and teasy - it’s really what her mother wanted. Yes, Britney went along with it, but she’s been pimped out from a young age. Lynne Spears was one of the worst stage moms in the industry (a close second to Nick Carter’s mother, who pimped out every one of her 5 kids, including a few to a known pedophile). I doubt Britney ever knew a normal childhood. She’s made a lot of mistakes on her own, but a good chunk of her issues stem from her childhood.

People chose their paths in life for whatever reasons. Britney may have had bad times and made bad choices but IMHO she’s turned her life around for the betterment of herself and her kids.

it was britneys choice to get married what 2, 3 times? i dont think her mother had anything to do with that. that was her decision, so from that she needs to live with those consequences and stop blaming mommy and daddy
though, daddy is the one that i fear when he leaves, britney will flake, again.
if i where her, i would sell out and move far away from the limelight………..many of good celebs do that. the ones that dont want the bs from the media, move away.

Again…if you never know normal, it’s difficult for you to be normal. Her warped upbringing has influenced her entire perception. I’d love for her to get some intense therapy and break free of her mother, but it doesn’t seem likely. Britney will never be “old enough to know better”, because she was never taught better. The woman who was supposed to teach her used her for her own selfish gains.
There’s a reason why every single stage mother’s offspring has the same damn problems. Look at both Spears girls, Lohan (and even Ali, to a certain extent), all the Carter kids, and so on. Actual mental issues, relationship problems, drug use, eating disorders, and the list goes on.
And once more…Britney herself has made some very bad decisions in her life, and she needs to shoulder the responsibility for those choices. But her a mother is a big part of her problems.

hotbitch, You’re talking as if “living her life” means the same thing as “getting healthy”. In fact, nothing could be further from the truth. Living her life means selfishly doing anything the incompetent chunky heffer damn well pleases, including abusing her body and her own children. Living Her life and being the trashy hick that she is - that is what brought her to the place in her life where she is now. 26 going on 50. Liposuction, shopping, posing to the paps (occasionally sleeping with them, too), buying new homes and new cars (until papa Jamie put a stop to it) and basically lying around doing nothing - that’s the real Shitney Spears and you’d better get used to it.

I think in the past couple of months Britney has really begun to realise that she’s made mistakes in her life. Being in the spotlight at such a young age can’t have been easy and I really do think her breakup with Justin was the turning point in her life. She thought she was going to be with him forever and that’s why I think she was so quick to marry K-Fed and have his kids. Kevin saw that she was vulnerable and while I think he probably did have feelings for her, he used her. Britney has definately made mistakes, but so do we all. They just aren’t all reported on for everyone to make us feel even worse about it.
I think it’s great that she’s been heading home more often, and I think it’s so important that she is there for Jamie Lynn.
