NO INTEREST IN CASA K-FED

The 9,000-square-foot mansion, where Britney Spears and Kevin Federline spent most of their marriage, has yet to find a buyer, nearly seven months after it was put on market last November.

Sources say that the price of the hilltop house, which was first listed at $13.5 million, has attracted some low-ball offers, but not above $12 million. They say that mansion remains empty and unsold.

According to reports, L.A.-based ‘The Ski Channel’ boss Steve Bellamy recently visited the house, but did not form his mind to purchase it. Why, you ask? Primarily because the tennis court was removed to make room for a lavish poolside bar customized for K-Fed.

Aside from that, however, the house is simply over-priced and over-customized to Brit and K-Fed’s quirky tastes.

    Over-priced more like.

I don’t get these Hollywood ppl who buy a $7 million house, live in it a year or two, and then expect to sell it for almost twice that amount, that they originally bought it for.
    It doesn’t work that way.
Considering that real-estate is on a big slow right now, Brit’s gonna be lucky enough to sell it for $9 million.
