The fate of R. Kelly has been after a jury deliberated less than one day over his child pornography case.
Judge Vincent Gaughan is due to announce their verdict this afternoon.
If found guilty, the Grammy-winning singer/songwriter faces 4-15 years in prison and a place on the sex offender registry in Illinois.
Kelly is charged with 14 counts of videotaping himself having sex with an underage girl.
