R&B diva BEYONCE tore up the red carpet when she hit up the 2007 Golden Globe Awards in Los Angeles rocking a golden beaded Elie Saab number. Meanwhile, celebrity sibling MONICA CRUZ showed off her admirable curves in the glitzy halter dress when she attended the ELLE Awards in Barcelona.

tough tough… Monica is very beautiful (cuter than Penelope).. and they both have the curves for the dress.. Beyonce is beautiful as well.. FOR ONCE.. it’s a toss up

beyonce by a mile. she has the star power and red carpet presence to wear that dress. Poor little Monica looks lost in it. like she’s trying on fancy dresses at an expensive store at the mall with no intention on purchasing it because she doesn’t have the cash.

I can’t get past Beyonce’s tacky looking weave. A girl this rich should at least have a decent weave!!!

Obviously Monica! From the cheap wig to the obscene makeup and perhaps worst of all the terrible fit (the poor strand of material at her ribs is begging for mercy!) Beyonce thinks she stylish, but she doesn’t know the first thing about it.

I hate it when Elie Saab does pageant gowns. This dress is so tacky you’d think he designed it specifically for Beyonce.

Agree with just askin’ This is such a tacky, tacky dress. It wouldn’t make it to the super-discount rack at Ross. Beyonce looks like a tranny, and Monica looks like a cheap bar singer. Who wins? The designer with gold in his teeth.

I think the dress looks pretty trashy but Monica manages to pull it off. She’s gorgeous, prettier than her sister in my opinion….very sexy. Beyonce looks like she’s trying sooooooo hard.
