Rainn Wilson was in character as The Rocker last night for the premiere of his new movie in Las Vegas.
While Dwight Schrute is hard at work being a rock star, The Office producers have been busying working on that spinoff show. Variety suggest they should hire Aziz Ansari, who was on MTV’s comedy sketch show Human Giant and played a racist fruit stand vendor in Flight of the Conchords. No word on a title or main character for the spinoff set to air in winter.
Meanwhile, several new writers have been hired for The Office and Rashida Jones may return.

I like him; he’s funny. And I love The Office. They better not bring Rashida Jones back, either. I don’t want anyone messing with the Pam/Jim engagement!
