Ladies and gentlemen — introducing Hollywood’s latest see-and-be-seen 20something starlet.
With Lindsay Lohan in rehab, it appears MTV VJ Vanessa Minnillo is edging in on Lohan’s undisputed title and queen of the LA social scene.
She’s in the tabs with a knife to her neck, she’s all the buzz on Page Six, she’s gracing the current cover of Lucky magazine, and she’s showing up at any and all Hollywood events toting a red carpet.
While Miss Minnillo had no comment to make regarding the media mess she’s presently in at last night’s grand opening of club Joseph in Hollywood, the hungry-for-fame look in her eye said it all.
Eat it up, girlfriend. Your 15 minutes have officially begun and time is a-tickin’!

Do you think he is shocked about those pics? She looks like a trashy drug queen in those photos. I am actually shocked it was her because I didn’t think she looked like the druggie type. Move on Nick because she seems fame hungry now.

What, exactly, is this chick’s talent? I’m with Spinner, Nick sure does know how to pick ‘em. Then again, I’ve felt all along she’s been using him/their supposed relationship as a means to gaining fame. I guess her plan is working.

I’m with you, only1. It’s not like Nick doesn’t know what she does or hang with. And these pictures are a year old, too. I really don’t understand why everyone has such a problem with Vanessa. Of course she wants to be seen. Isn’t that the point of becoming a celebrity?? I say let her do her thing.

i am not a fan of her or anything, but what is so shocking about the recent knife pictures? i just saw cheesy photos of chicks TRYING to be ‘hardcore’ or whatever.

The photos look like stupid little teenage myspace pictures. Really embarassing. It’s kind of expected from Lindsay who is always looking for attention but Vanessa seems a more conservative person than that. I don’t think Nick will be too pleased about it, when Jessica started becoming obsessed with fame and attention….that seems to be when they started going downhill. He is older than Vanessa as well and is a lot more mature than that.

Just wait………Nick has that same “look” in his eyes as he had during his last
few months of marriage. Sure, the actual divorce may have been a shock to him, but
he rocked that same “look” during the times that the gossip mags were reporting of
trouble in his marriage…..You know, deny deny deny,,,,,,but the look of truth was
always in his eyes.
