Guess who you won’t be seeing in those beautiful black-and-white ads for St. John knits anymore? None other than Angelina Jolie!!
Her three-year stint is coming to an end, and the company is unveiling four new faces in its fall print advertising campaign.
The models, who aren’t household names, will be featured in colour vignettes shot at night in New York City locations.
The ads will launch in the August issue of Vanity Fair.
Think ditching Angie was a good way to breathe new life into the brand?

Her face is beautiful. I think 3 years is long, and they paid her a bunch of money- I wish someone would pay me to just let me wear their clothes and lay around having my pictures taken.

July and Devin are one and the same person!
St John became well known to idiots like July and Devin, because of Angelina Jolie, she definitely gave the brand world wide recognition.
Nobody knew the brand when Kelly Gray was modelling it,
thats why the family was forced to sell it to a venture capital as sales was going down. Angelina
gave the brand the publicity it needed for the last 3 years, and its ok to use unknown faces now.
It will save them costs!
Angelina also did not want to renew her contract, as they didnt meet their end of the contract to set
up charity for children after the then CEO Cohen left the coy.

At least Angelina was asked to model an expensive designer clothes that caters to wealthy
socialites and politicians, which is a classy thing to do indeed, because she is one gorgeous
person inside and out,
Unlike Jennifer Aniston who was asked to peddle water but only because she courted
the company by having her photos taken by the paps carryng the water brand all the time.
How shameless!
Lol, Jennifer is always considered homely that even for advert purposes, she is only worth
to peddle an ordinary product like water.

I think its a good thing for the company to get new fresh younger faces to promote their product.
As you all very aware, I am not a fan of Jolie - - though if she did that company good, then good for her.
But also, I am sick of her and her “angel ways” and lives different then what she preaches.
And yeah, when those kids pop out, dont you think she will inadate the damn magazines and TV all over again?
Dont you or some of you think that “less time in the spotlight, makes for a real fan base”?
I do, or is it that I am just sick of seeing her?

If it wasnt for Angie’s add, most of you wouldnt even know the brand, so I say she did her job, and did it well…got you all talking. Angie Rocks!!
