Oprah Winfrey tops Forbes’ annual Celebrity 100 list again this year, based on both earnings and fame.
Though her television ratings have dropped and her magazine circulation is on the down swing, Lady O earned $275 million before taxes in the past 12 months and she’s still one of the most famous faces in the world.
As for #2? Tiger Woods. Angelina Jolie takes the third spot, combining $14 million in earnings and more fame than one can dream of. Her babydaddy Brad Pitt, who banked a cool $20 million, is also in the top 10.
Another hot power couple? Beyonce (#4) and Jay-Z (#7). While she pulled in $80 million, he took in a whopping $150 million thanks to a deal with concert promoter Live Nation.
Teen queen Miley Cyrus leads a host of young stars on the list, and 27 newcomers make their debut, including the Police, Jon Stewart, Steve Carell and inexplicably Lauren Conrad.

Well since Oprah is buying herself a President in Barack Obama, I think we can safely assume that she could buy and sell the USA if she wanted. I do believe Oprah has her hand up Obama’s ass and he speaks only want she sanctions. We are in for some crazy shit when she is running the country.
