Jessica Simpson and her mother Tina were spotted having lunch at Dos Caminos in the SoHo neighbourhood of New York City today.
Upon leaving the Mexican eatery, the pop star-turned-country crooner glady stopped to sign an autograph for a young fan.
Meanwhile, Jessica says she wants to make her recent move to country music permanent - and has vowed never to return to her previous pop style.
She recently told People: “I’m planning on making country (music) for the rest of my life, and I don’t want to go back to that other world.”

Not really sure what’s going on with that outfit. And Tina and Ashlee look a lot alike here. I can’t believe she really thinks that she’ll have a career in country now.
