LILO DOES HARD LABOR

Lindsay Lohan looks a little tired on the morning set of Labor Pains shooting in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Lohan is back to work after a few stints in rehab and brushes with the law. However, with her recent reccuring role on Ugly Betty, a new album that is almost complete, La Lohan is well on her way back to superstardom.

Now if only she could ditch resident bad influence Samantha Ronson…
