Pamela Anderson says she’s “a terrible driver.” And PETA, her favourite animal rights organization, needs money.

That’s why the Canadian bombshell is putting her 2000 Dodge Viper up for auction this weekend.

Says Pammy: “I’ve been working with PETA for 15 years. They’re kind of my ethical advisers. With them, I see actual results.”

So…she’s selling a car that (from what I can tell) only comes with leather trim to benefit PETA? And she got the car, at most, 9 years ago…6 years after she started working for them?

    Hypocrite.

The high gas prices are a worldwide problem that could trigger a global recession or even depression, unless of course you live in a country that produces oil.

The media makes it seem like the gas problem is just an american problem because it’s an election year, the truth is it’s a worldwide problem, just a little omission on behalf of our great media.

^ thank you lola lola. Finally someone with some sense!
And that’s great of Pamela to do! That car will fetch a lot of money, and more since it was her car!

Well that sounds like fun, no wonder the gay community is a big supporter of PETA.

Yes PETA may go a little overboard at times, but a lot of their work is about education. And by making a scene and getting into papers they are letting people know about the things that are fighting for. I have given money to PETA on numerous occasions and I constantly receive emails from them. They do some great work, and don’t pressure any members to be totally vegan or anything like that, just to make small changes in their life to save a couple of helpless animals.
