Meet Glamour magazine’s inspiring new batch of Women of the Year.
The Glammies as they are known, held at Berkeley Square Gardens in London, celebrate the achievements of women in various fields, from music and TV to film and theatre. All the winners are voted for by readers of the magazine.
Winners on the nigth so far include the Spice Girls, who won Band Of The Year after a massive worldwide reunion tour.

Award winner Emma Bunton left the cutesy Baby Spice gimmick at home, opting to don a beautiful black sequined number.
Sexy Spice Geri Halliwell was anything but in this metallic see-through dress. (Note to self: metallic and see-through are two words that should never be seen together.)
Former reality star Kelly Osbourne effortlessly combined gothic with bohemian in this exotically embroidered gown.
Taking a break from sucking face with new beau Jude Law, celebuspawn Kimberly Stewart kept her look young and fresh in a flirty purple mini-dress, tights and funky green sandals.
Taking the award for Craziest Look of the Night, British songbird Lily Allen debuted her new pink ‘do and matching dress. Not cute.
Last and certainly not least, our favourite Dancing with the Stars alum Mel B. was nothing short of va-va-va-voom in a sexy yet colourful bombshell gown. We’re not worthy!!

Geri is looking unnaturally thing, I’m not too crazy. Emma looks GREAT! And whats with Lily Allen’s dress, it is hideous and she must have gotten dressed in the dark because those shoes DO NOT match. Gross.

Hayden- Looks awful!! Dumpy and unattractive. The style of dress looks silly and she looks really pale
Emma- Really really gorgeous!! Best I’ve seen her look. Beautiful dress and she looks very fresh and pretty.
Geri- The dress looks cheap and a bit Dancing with the Stars-ish. Her body is really toned though.
Kelly- Not too bad. Much better than most of her other shockers. At least this one flatters her body and suits her personality.
Kim- I kind of like her short haircut. Kind of like Agyness. Not a fan of the outfit so much
Lily- Looks like a frumpy idiot. Gwen did the pink hair about a million times better!
Mel B- I like the colors in the dress but it’s a little Las Vegas-ish like Geri’s. Like something Beyonce would wear.
