Nicole Kidman is putting her Darling Point villa in Australia on the market for $20 million as she settles into Nashville to await the birth of her baby with Keith Urban.

The Oscar-winner has had the hillside property since 1995. She has also listed a beachfront property for $4 million.

But worry not, Aussies — she’s not giving up on her homeland. According to The Sydney Morning Herald she’s looking to mabye buy a place closer to Cate Blanchett.

    I love living in Australia!! If my boyfriend and job wasn’t in LA I would move back home in a heartbeat. The air is cleaner, the roads aren’t as busy, the houses are nicer and better made and there’s rarely the fear of fires or earthquakes like there is here. Don’t get me wrong I love LA but it doesn’t compare to home.
