At what point does a flirty tasseled mini-dress cross the line from the sexy to the obscene?
Often inebriated Mexican singer Paulina Rubio answered that very question while promoting her latest album, ‘Ananda’, during a taping of MTV’s ‘Total Request Live’ yesterday in New York City.

I don’t really find this sexy at all. It just looks kind of embarassing and ridiculous. As if she wouldn’t know she would end up flashing her panties in a dress this short! If it was a bit longer it would look a million times better.

this chick is ugly. She has a great body, but I don’t understand why she bothers wearing clothes at all…….she always looks like she’s begging for attention.

i really don’t think she is ugly at all but she does seem to enjoy dressing sluttily (which takes the attractiveness down quite a few notches i agree). keep in mind i have absolutely no idea who this girl is and personality certainly influences whether (i think) someone is ugly or not.
this look would have been so improved by wearing a cute pair of gold hot pants or something underneath- i think she could have pulled it off. alas dressing slutty is mistaken for dressing sexy yet again.
