It was all eyes on Kim Cattrall as she attended the Sex and the City: The Movie premiere at the Toronto Circus School in Toronto last night.
The Canadian actress kept her look fashion forward in an asymmetrical satin number from Vivienne Westwood.
Meanwhile, in the 94-episode, six-season run of the Sex and the City, there were reportedly 94 instances of sex with men and one with a woman.
Of the fabulous foursome, Samantha racked up the most sexual partners (of course!). She bedded 41 men and one woman, while Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda hooked up with 18, 18 and 17, respectively.
Too much sex, you say? You’re right. According to a survey cited by the New York Daily News, the average American woman has only nine sex partners in her lifetime.
That, of course, begs the question: Where do you fall — above or below average?

also, i always view tv shows i like as little ‘look-ins’ on the characters’ lives…so, really, if we would have had the awesome luxury of this show being a daily soap opera, these ‘independent’ hookers would have bagged HUNDREDS of partners each over 6 yrs…add that to what they did before they were mid 30s or 40s (not sure how old the are supposed to be) and WOW…watch out WILT.

When you combine the fact that people are getting married later than they used to with our skyrocketing divorce rates, I wouldn’t be surprised if the average number of sexual partners for ladies is increasing. After all, dating tends to lead to sexy times!

I think 9 sounds fair for the AVERAGE woman. Some obvously have more partners, and some have fewer. I’m 22 and I’ve only had 2 so it all depends on who you are.
