Ne-Yo has worked with the likes of Jennifer Hudson and Leona Lewis, but hitmaker says Lindsay Lohan is the one singer who may surprise us all. As you may recall, he worked with La Lohan on a track called Bossy for her upcoming album.
Ne-Yo tells Billboard: “I will say this; we gave her a quality record and she did a ridiculously fabulous job. I was so shocked I had to call her and apologize for what I was thinking because she did so good. I think the world is gonna be surprised.”
Admittedly, however, there is only room for improvement after the musical travesty that is Confessions of a Broken Heart (Daughter to Father).

I am not surprised really. I think I was one of the few who actually like quite a few songs on her last album. She has a lot to talk about that is for sure. Her life is constantly a hot ass mess.

i loved lilo’s first album. the 2nd one was ok too. i think she has a good voice but she needs even better production.
I haven’t heard the whole of her last two albums but what I did hear I wasn’t too impressed. It just seemed that with every song she was looking for attention and trying to get people talking about what she’s singing about, which is just so like her. This album will probably be the same, although it would be nice if she surprised everyone and actually did something worthwhile. She needs her music career to succeed, because her acting one certainly hasn’t.
I’m laughing now as I sit and remember the ‘Rumors’ video. lol I have never heard one of her cds and never plan to but maybe Ne-Yo can actually help her out. He is a good producer….
i’ve heard the same thing said about her sexual abilities!!! for all of you current haters out there, remember that when she was just coming up, a year before and after Mean Girls, she was getting props for her skills, not for her pap allure (tits/booze/drugs/photo-ops). seems like most of y’all on this blog are inclined to agree.
Proof is in the release, I say. The ‘leaked’ single “Bossy”? Terrible. So….what is it that we’re waiting for again?
