Meanwhile, Canadian chanteuse CELINE DION paired her sexy frock with a cropped black satin jacket and to-die-for peep-toes as she received the Legion d’Honneur from French President Nicolas Sarkozy in Paris.

It’s a draw. Rebecca looks better and the dress hugs her curves nicely, but then… she’d look good in a burlap sack. Extra points to Celine for looking feminine, pulled-together and not nearly as annoying as I usually find her.

They both look really good, but Rebecca wins for me. Without the coat you can see how gorgeous the dress is and she has an amazing body! Celine as really good style though and I think she always looks really elegant.
