I really can’t wait to see Heath’s performance as the Joker, I think it’s just going to blow everyone away and realise what a great actor he really was. It’s too bad he couldn’t be here to enjoy it like the rest of us :-). I think he took his craft very seriously though and wouldn’t have wanted people to say his performance is great just because he’s dead, but becuase it was actually awesome. I hope the critics review it honestly, that’s what he would have wanted I think.

Holy Moses…Seeing this, first thing this morning, made my day. I don’t care if he’s photoshopped all to hell, he is one fine looking man!!
Mr. bale is a great actor but all of his thunder will be taken by somebody so self destructive and made the wrong choices that led to his demise; but living in the upside down world we live in heath will be glorified like all other dysfunctional actors that have died before their time.
Yes, it’s true, most will go see THE DARK KNIGHT because of the tragic death of Heath. I will be going to see it to see CHRISTIAN BALE of course, but there are so many great people in the movie that I can’t wait to see it. July seems so far away right now. It’ll be worth the wait. I think Christian Bale when he talks about Heath it is sweet. From photos taken of those two, you can tell they got along. I can’t wait to see Christian as Batman though. He is my favorite actor of all time.
His mouth annoys the crap out of me (always has). His pointed teeth (forgot the medical name) are much longer than the others so that when he opens his mouth, he looks like dracula. Whatever. I gets a pass from me though because I love that he has not take the typical hollywood tool path to success. He seems to shy away from the spotlight. Nice.
Bale is the better actor.Heath has the sympathy factor going for him.

they’re both method. check bale in machinist. it’s dope to apply the method to a comicbook character. the fact that heath couldn’t recover from the darkness of joker is a testament to his commitment to his craft, and it is a terrible tragedy that he isolated himself so completely.
the real issue when it comes to heath ledger is the explosion of the prescription drug industry in our country. pill-poppers are everywhere, and the saddest fact is that high schoolers (and youngers) now make up the fastest growing part of the pill-popper population.
