A WALK IN THE PARK

Enjoying some time off work, The View hostess Elisabeth Hasselbeck enjoys a walk with her kids through Central Park in New York City.

With 7-month-old Taylor in her arms and 3-year-old Gracie testing the boundaries of her independence, the happy trio and their nanny took full advantage of the warm weather prior to kicking off their Memorial Day celebration.

Meanwhile, The View is planning on reruning today’s show in two weeks from an entirely different view that lets fans know a little about what goes on backstage. Producers are attempting the experiment with the Memorial Day episode, which was taped a week earlier. That episode featured an interview with Dina Lohan and daughter Ali, and a performance by Ryan Cabrera.

On Friday, The View will air a version of that show with backstage footage that explains what went into making it. Only about half of the original show will be seen.

Don’t expect to see any of the gals sans makeup, however. Says executive producer Bill Geddie: “There are some things that will not be seen.”

Admire her for learning how to fight back those four liberal hags with class and a smile.

Well after the mistress walters spills her guts out for another few bucks as if she was going to take all with her, it turns out elizabeth is the only one left with some dignity.

I don’t, and have never, watched The View. I don’t like the idea of a group of women being shrill and constantly interrupting and talking louder than the other. Elizabeth is a dolt, but she looks pretty good here– her body’s in great shape. Her son is adorable.

i’ll never forget what she said about Jeffery Dahmer and how much of an idiot she made herself look like after she made her stupid, idiotic comments. I agree, it’s funny to see how much hatred Joy has towards her.

She looks cute! I don’t have a problem with Elisabeth at all. I don’t agree with everything she says, but I think it takes guts to stick with your opinion against four other women who are against you. It can’t be easy for her, and it would be a lot easier for her at times if she just went along with what the others were saying. I think she’s a smart girl and she seems like a great mom who loves her kids like crazy. Her little boy is cute! Onto the show though…I don’t know if I’d want to see Sherri without makeup! And you just know Barbara would not be seen without her hair perfectly blown out!

cracks me up when barbara pretends to be so unbiased when talking politics.

Her little girl is not cute at all and is funny looking. Her son is cute though. I don’t really care too much for Elisabeth.

Why again does she need a nanny for two kids going to the park? It’s so ridiculous. She is a useless, brainwashed, ignorant twit who I wish would go the fuck away. For anyone to think this moron handed anyone their ass is beyond laughable. Her stupidity is astounding.

she named both kids such yuppy names, every other person in my area has a daughter names Gracie, Taylor, Madison and so one. How boring to be like everyone else.

Elizabeth with her charm and classy demeanor will be the last one at the table as they all leave in frustration, cause liberals tend to be such angry people, and god help them and the media if obama loses.

We get the picture, Anonymous — you’re a Republican. You can shut up and go away now.

liberals tend to be such angry people? have you seen the seething hannity try to smile through his hateful rhetoric, or the smarmy o’reilly voicing opinions that directly invalidate his points… i’ll give this to o’reilly … he is an extraordinarily intelligent man, but that is all. everything else about him manifests his hateful ways. is bush a merciful, tolerant being who speaks with recognition of diverse perspectives? the republicans are a pitiful bunch right now, having been hijacked by the christian right. it’s a shame, because a balance between republican and democratic policies has always brought the most benefit to the most people.
i am a liberal, but not a democrat. i am a conservative, but not a republican. democrats have proven spineless in their unwillingness or inability to engage in the necessary strategies to take on the republicans, and the republicans have proven cheats and horrific hypocrites in their espousal of values when their only proven track record is one of middle-class destruction and catering to the rich.
    ENRON - republicans
    HALLIBURTON - republicans
    OIL COMPANIES - republicans
    NEWS CORP - republicans

    ENVIRONMENTALISTS - democrats
    EQUAL RIGHTS CHAMPIONS - democrats

try to argue with who has priorities straight for most of “US” …
if you believe in the “republican” aka “christian right” perspective, and you make under $300k per year, you will be contributing to your own coming demise! not to mention you are as retarded as our president.
