Dita Von Teese donated one of her signature stockings for the amfAR Charity Auction hosted by Sharon Stone in Cannes yesterday.
While the burlesque queen performed her strip tease to remove her stocking, she revealed to the audience and photographers that she was sans undergarments. And from the look on Sharon’s face, she definitely noticed.

Dita is beautiful when she is all done up definitely. But it probably took her HOURS to look that good. She looks pretty normal sans make-up and costume. Sharon definitely looks happy though!

Oh for FUCKS SAKE. Dita has never once glorified what she does and calls it ‘art’ she calls it erotica or just plain stripping depending on the context and Dita has always been critical of people who think burlesque is ‘classier’ than stripping and she makes a point to say that at the end of the day it is just the same and you get just as nekkid. She simply enjoys performing like any good showgirl, she knows what it is she does unlike Parasite Hilton or Jessica Alba who are so self righteous and act like their nude photoshoots are really artistic and ‘fun’ but above what people like Dita do. Dita von Teese is ‘real’ in that sense and she’s classy, she’s gorgeous.

I love Dita’s whole look but I think the whole Basic Instinct crossing the legs thing is just really slutty. Who does that!!? Sharon Stone wouldn’t be shocked by this at all, because she did it herself, but on a massive movie screen for millions of people to watch. At least Dita makes no excuses for her profession and doesn’t try to label herself an actress like Sharon. Dita knows that she has made her money by taking off her clothes, just like any other stripper but a little more artfully. She’s laughing all the way to the bank. I agree with you Supersonic.

So what if she ‘enjoys performing’ or not? This wasn’t one of her paid performances. This was a charity auction. Is it too much to ask someone to either wear panties or just hold off exposing their crotch for one single moment?
