Now whoever hired this freckled-faced crackhead to film a PSA seriously needs to be drug tested!

She actually seems giggly a lot when she is being interviewed. I don’t think its nervousness but more her attempt at looking cute. I’m very surprised they asked her to do this commercial back then even, but she definately won’t be reprising her role that’s for sure!
