‘American Idol’ princess Carrie Underwood has it all, right? Tons of fans, boat-loads of Grammys and Country Music Awards, country pop hits all over radio and one hot football player boyfriend.
But it seems that Carries’ good luck streak may be coming to an end. The National Enquirer reports Dallas Cowboys star Tony Romo has told Carrie that he needs some time without the songstress, blaming the looming football season.
A source close to the couple said: “Carrie thought that they were moving closer to a more committed relationship.” The QB had asked Carrie to give him space for his career once before, and she did, but this time, she’s not having it, says the source, who adds, “Carrie wants a firm commitment from Tony.â€
I guess it’s time to bust out the old trusty Louisville Slugger again, Carrie!

I think she’s all of 21 or 22 and she’s on the road about 350 days out of the year. I highly doubt that she has time for a serious relationship right about now. She’s my favorite American Idol and by far the prettiest (Taylor notwithstanding).
booo, i like them together! but space could be good for both of them, she can focus on her career, he focus on football, when the season’s over then come together again. it could work.

he needs to concentrate on football. he f-ed it up for the cowboys last season (that snap slip was hilarious!) and they will kick him to the curb if he doesn’t turn it around.
