They both need to wipe the grease off their faces. The outfit is okay, but the accessories cripple it; that belt makes Padma look lumpy, and Gwennie seems to have caterpillars on her feet. Yeah. Neither is about right.
While I love Padma and she is a gorgeous woman, why would you belt a draped dress? Isn’t the draping the whole point?
