Newly single (and blonde!) Cameron Diaz looks nothing short of statuesque in a heavily sequined Alexander Mcqueen creation at the Taipei premiere of ‘Shrek.’

I would say the celebs wore it best each time. That girl’s makeup in the Cameron dress is crazy ugly.

    Miss Japan is gore-g-ous!!!

  3. adam Says:

    thandie is fricking adorable.

  4. MR. Devil Says:

SO the Gucci dress was a Haut Couture dress? I don’t think so…It looks like an evening dress, but far from the propper haut couture from that stage in the Miss Universe show: the haut couture dress portion…
She looked like she was wearing a summer coton dress compaed to the other women…
The dress in itself is fine…but IT WAS OFF for that.
    Interesting choice none the less.

“That girl’s makeup in the Cameron dress is crazy ugly.” HELLO! IT’S NOT A BEAUTY CONTEST - IT’S A FUCKING RUNWAY SHOW - IT’S THEATRE & THE DESIGNERS VISION, NOT A DUMB AMERICAN BEAUTY PAGEANT!!! IT’S NOT MEANT TO APPEAL TO IDIOTS FROM THE MIDWEST THAT THINK COACH IS A DESIGNER LABEL!!!

i’d say the real people look better in each one, with the exception perhaps of cameron, but could be just cuz the gown is horrendous.

  7. MR. Devil Says:

me: chill! midwesterns or americans are not equal to clueless in fashion terms. Besides markets dominate the creative powerhouses not the other way arround…ask Legerfeld.

  8. my2cents Says:

Theatrics or not that bitch AND her makeup are ugly. I am happy that you are the epitome of class and style, good for you. Have a nice non midwestern life. Last I checked though Arizona wasn’t in the midwest but whatever.

  9. Stephi Says:

I’ve gotta say I agree with you Me. It really annoys me when people call high fashion ‘ugly’. It’s not meant to be aesthetically beautiful, its meant to be different and fit the whole theme and feel of the show. I’ve seen the whole Alexander McQueen show on FTV and its amazing. Some people just don’t understand, don’t let it bother you.

  10. SAS Says:

the celebs win by far- the dresses fit them all beatifully and because (the dresses) are all so stunning i like how the celebs have toned down their makeup and accessories. classy ladies (can’t believe i’m saying that about cameron but there you go!)

  11. moi Says:

It’s Miss Universe biatch! :D I like how she won with a different dress, a nice change.

  12. EAT IT Says:

the celebs all wear it better. these celebs have the height and they aren’t as boney.

  13. mongoloid Says:

    gucci!crazy ugly dress

  14. S Says:

All the mods look near death - awful makeup

  15. layla Says:

When I saw Miss Japan in that dress, I said “Hey, she’s wearing Oprah’s dress!”. I must say, I thought she rocked the dress and it was a refreshing change from the normal sequins and beads that you normally see in pageants.

  16. Cynthia Says:

The stars looked better in the frocks than the models

  17. Aysla Says:

The celebs look better, and Thandie is SO insanely cute. I love that dress too!
