Nicky Hilton was spotted leaving the Beverly Center after a shopping spree at H&M on Friday.

The ever-shrinking socialite paid for valet while her assistant carried her shopping bags.

A few months ago, Nicky’s trainer was defending his superstar client’s fragile frame - blaming her weight loss on stress, related to her preparations for LA fashion week.

However, Nicky is still wasting away months later.

Perhaps she should follow the lead of pal Nicole Richie - settle down, get pregnant and start eating for two!

    It’s hard being in the entertainment industry and not feeling the pressure to stay slim. Nicky’s in the fashion industry which is even worse and being surrounded by tiny models who fit into all the sample sizes wouldn’t help her. Most eating disorders are not just to look skinny but to also feel better about themselves and to feel like they have control over one aspect of their lives. I hope Nicky is looking after herself and is getting help, because she’s obviously lost a lot of weight recently whether that’s been on purpose or not. Her body is not looking attractive but she needs to realise that herself to change.
