Newlyweds Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon stepped out last night to attend the 5th Annual Operation Smile Gala at Skylight Studio in New York City.

Operation Smile, a non-profit organization that Mimi has been associated with for years, is a group that fixes facial deformities for underprivileged kids.

Other A-list attendees included….umm…well….no one. But Donald Trump and Jamie-Lynn Sigler were also on hand to lend some D-list support.

    Shocking! Clothes that fit her, and don’t look like they were made for a 15 year old… that’s what I call progress, Mimi ;o). I still think she’s silly, although I never cared for Nick Cannon.

    They are just loving all this attention!! Most newlyweds do like talking about their marriage though…so I guess…but these two are just EVERYWHERE!!! I think Mimi looks really good here, like she’s not trying so hard to look over the top sexy.
