The power plate would never give you arms like that, that’s down to serious weight training and proper diet.
It’s not a look that I would want or ever put in enough work to achieve but I think she looks great.

^Yeh, I used to think that it was excessive… but I’ve changed my tune. I really admire that kind of determination and consistency. It’s something I hope to cultivate more in myself. Of course, I’m not as admiring of the beefcakes who are ridiculously ripped (Ahnuld in the old days), as 8/10 times it was done with the aid of drugs :o).

Way too veiny and manly for me. Back in her early days (granted she was younger) she was curvy but in shape and so much more attractive.
She looks hot there, still feminine and can kick your ass! LOL
And her face and hair look good also.

She looks fabulous. Isn’t it funny how on her new album they have totally airbrushed the muscles out? Her arms have shape on the cover but are much much less defined…I’d kill for arms like that!
I think it’s great that she looks after herself and I really admire her physical strength, but this is just not attractive. She looks like a dude and is just TOO muscly for my liking. I think she’s one of those people though who pushes herself to the absolute limit and needs to be the best at everything. Can be a blessing or a curse being that way I guess.
Oh yeah, a healthy lifestyle. That is exactly what I call someone who exercises obsessively, eats the caloric requirements of a three-year old, and clearly thrives on steroids. Cheers to aging gracefully!

The arms are making her look rather “Carrot-top-ish” - - (a really buff bod on an attempted, feminine but actually a tranny face. ) she’s not nearly as pretty as she used to be — She was much prettier when she was less muscle-bound. Slow down Madge — you don’t look your age .
