Salma Hayek has just added another title to her résumé: godmother!!
The actress and new mom is Puma’s godmother for the company’s new boat and its ocean racing team. Salma, whose babydaddy François-Henri Pinault’s company PPR acquired a controlling stake in Puma AG in February, was radiant in head-to-toe Alexander McQueen at the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston last night for the boat christening and VIP dinner.
As champagne was sprayed to christen the “Il Mostro” boat in the Boston harbor, Salma was joined by Puma Racing team skipper Ken Read.
Puma unveiled the new Open 70’s boat to be entered in the around the world Volvo Ocean Race 2008-2009.
