New mama Sheryl Crow was the picture of maternal love as she took her baby son out shopping in Malibu recently.

The 45-year-old singer couldn’t keep her eyes off one-month old Wyatt, whom she adopted last month, as she fed him in a Ralph Lauren store. Sheryl, who plans to take her son on tour with her in February, is so enamoured with motherhood that she is planning for a “whole troop” of brothers and sisters to join him.

Is it safe to describe this phenomenon as the Angelina Effect?

    Sheryl’s been talking about having a child for years now. So glad her dream has come true. Adoption has existed for centuries, nothing to do with Angelina.

    And that is one cute photo.

    Not saying Jolie was first to adopt jackass.. just that she continues to adopt (guess he’s saying it’s addictive)

    another note: Sheryl looks so wonderful in her new mother role.. then again, I wouldn’t have imagined her any other way.. CONGRATS SHERYL

    awwww i do think people, men and women, look at there most beautiful when they are loving and enjoying their children.thats just adorable.congratuations sheryl

    That’s great that Sheryl is adopting, but at the age of 45, she shouldn’t wait longer to adopt more. She’ll be 65 when Wyatt is 20. It’s not that old, but certainly not young either.

    How cute! There is nothing more adorable than watching a momma with her baby. I’m sure this adoption has made her extremely happy and she seems like she will be a good mom. I hope that she finds a nice man now as well.

    She looks uncomfortable. You can tell by her raised shoulders. I don’t know. She is not a natural mom.
