FALL FROM GRACE

Miss Japan took home the title of Miss Universe on last night’s show, but America’s own Miss U.S.A., Rachel Smith stole the show after falling on her beauty queen butt in the evening gown portion of the competition.

Strangely she made the finals. I guess show organizers knew that American would simply tune out once one of their own gets kicked off.

I wonder if that explains all the booing she received throughout the night.

Poor girl! All the times she probably practiced that walk perfectly and she fell over the only time it counted! I thought she handled herself really well though and got back up with a smile on her face rather than pulling a face and looking all embarassed. I’m sorry but I thought that Miss Venezeula was robbed! She was absolutely gorgeous!! A lot prettier than Miss Japan in my opinion.

Leave it to a beauty pageant contestant to make a pratfall look incredibly graceful.

i’m pretty sure they booed her because mexico has a ton of natural resources, but they are a shitty country that exports humans. mexico has lost more population to emmigration than to death. and also, they want mexifornia back.
and americans really don’t watch this crap anyways.

I resent that they try to make beauty pageants about personality and talent.
Just rate it on looks. We’re grownups; we understand!

She was booed because of all the immigration rally controversy that occurred not to long ago. And seriously, Japan was NOT that pretty. She even wore a long-sleeved dress! Miss Korea and Venezuela were soooo much more gorgeous.

hahahaha when i saw that on tv i laughed for like 5 mins, but i agree…JAPAN..NOT PRETTY AT ALL…venezuela and korea were the best looking for sure!!!! and also USA did handle it well, she got up and totally acted like nothing happened at all..but her score???? like an 8 point something??? seriously…for a fall like that she should have gotten a 6 or something..if it was japan or another country that fell they probably wouldnt have even made it to the final five

That’s what happens when you get greedy. She should have waited to compete like NEXT YEAR.
