Remember those uber unflatterering shots of Mischa Barton showing off some cellulite?

Well, now the former actress is fighting back!

“Every woman has cellulite,” declares Mischa. “I’ve never claimed to have a perfect body. I eat healthy, I work out. I feel very comfortable. I come from a European family that’s always very comfortable with their bodies. You are what you are as a woman.”

Of photographer Jamie Fawcett’s photos: “He’s a ridiculous human being. I’ve never abhorred anyone more. I was so angry, I went up to him and said how disappointed I was with his behavior. He apologized, but he was very insincere.”

Hmmm….if it were us, we’d be more upset about how few reports mention that she’s topless in the offending photos.

    Hey age plays a part in a womans body.
    But not until you honestly hit 40…………………this chick is going to be bigger the Kristi Alley (sp) by time she is 40!
    DAMN! Get off of the weed and couch and walk or run hell anything.
    Im glad she is okay with it, if my ass looked like that (And Im 40 and proud!!) I would NOT show my shit even in private!~

    Who cares if she is topless? Boobies are only a big deal in america. As for the cellulite, WHO CARES ABOUT THAT TOO? you rather look at photos of aneroxic chicks, thats because american society is sick. She is human, and if you not fat at all, and if you haven’t noticed 70% of the american population is fat, including probably the people reading these stupid photo blogs.

    she should really try and bottle of Nivea’s “Goodbye Cellulite”. After about a month of using it 2X a day, cellulite is pretty much gone. Pure magic!

    also, i think the only reason why these pics are so “shocking” is because of the sunlight catching every last dimple and ripple on her thighs. same thing happened to Jennifer Love…

    If she is proud of them then more power to her. I feel her though, cellulite is natural and sometime it doesn’t matter how much working out you do, they are still there. I just lost about 30 pounds and I just can not shake these damn cellulite but that will not stop me from putting on my two peice this summer.

    This has to be photoshopped. I just can’t see a woman in her young 20’s with legs like that. I am 30 and have not an ounce of cellulite and I used to be 50 pounds overweight.

    I also agree it was the sunlight showing off all those cellulites, poor girl. I believe it’s hereditary coz I’ve had cellulites since as long as I can remember (10-12 yrs old?) and my cousins also have serious cellulites all their lives, workout or not, healthy diet or not.

    Usually it’s herriditary, and not mcuh you can do about it. You can try some treatments and creams, but it will never
    totally go away. Even when I lost weight and was 95 lbs, mine was still there. Kinda like Donatella Versace.
    But you go Micsha, it’s nothing to be ashamed of!

    Yeah a lot of cellulite has to do with geneticists, especially on a young woman like her. So even if she would work out, it would probably just help it slightly. And yes the lightning doesn’t help. I don’t see everyone need to bash on her.

    I don’t care if she has cellulite, the problem is she has so damn much. She’s obviously genetically inclined towards fat and extra flesh, so if her job is all about looks I have to wonder why she doesn’t put in the effort to get more toned. I don’t think anyone cares about perfection, but this is gross. I totally don’t believe she really works out. She probably does the treadmill 15 minutes a day (if that) and walks her dogs. I’m sure she considers that a healthy workout Wrong! She needs to get with the program and realize she’s in a business where her job is to maintain an appealing physical appearance - not cottage cheese thighs. Gross!

    The photos are pretty unflattering, I can see why she’s annoyed. She was on Hamilton Island in Australia when the photos were taken and was probably wanting her privacy. If she had known there was photographers around she probably wouldn’t have gone topless. She’s definately let herself go a bit since the OC, but if she’s comfortable with her body then that is all that matters.
