The mother-of-two has reportedly gained more visitation of her two young boys!
K-Fed’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, said after the court hearing today that he wouldn’t talk about the custodial timeshare between Brit and K-Fed — except to say that it is “more than it has been.” Kaplan said the modifications to custody made today will be made “in the near future” and Kevin’s “goal and his hope is his children will have the benefit of having two parents participating actively in their lives.”
First a strict fitness regimen. Then a recurring role on How I Met Your Mother. And now increased custody. This is what comebacks are made of, ladies and gentlemen!

I dont think she has it together enough to take on any kind of more things in her life………..This is going to be to much on little poor rich girl - -she is so gonna flip out

Good Lord, is she going to have those rat infested hairweaves forever? It’s been well over a year since nutcase shave her head. Shouldn’t her real hair be long enough by now to get rid of them? It’s not as if they have ever looked good on her, they always look like she’s been trying to pull them out in a crazy fit.

Fortunately for the rest of us, the court doesn’t base it’s decision on hypothetical of the future but on facts. She has shown marked improvement and her life is more stable now than it has been in years. She is actually even showing up to court looking presentable. The courts must acknowledge that. How it works is… you improve, they give you a bit more as an acknowledgment of that and (most importantly) as INCENTIVE for you to continue to do better. And for those of you who think she shouldn’t have more time with her kids under supervision (despite her obvious improvement)… how long have you had to go without your own mothers in your lives? How much longer should those boys have to go without their mother?

Yayyy supernova!! Your best post yet! I couldn’t agree with you more! Britney has made a HUGE improvement over the past couple of months and she really does seem to be getting her life back together. Sure, it’s too soon for her to have her boys back for good but I think a few overnight stays wouldn’t hurt, especially if she keeps going on the way she is. The courts have monitors that have been around her and documentation of her medical records and improvements, so they are basing their decisions on the facts and not just pure speculation and tabloid magazines like the rest of us. I’m sure they wouldn’t let her do anything with those children that they didn’t feel she was ready for.
There will never be a black woman/man in the white house!
