Amy Winehouse seems to have taken a tumble and scraped her knee as her blood and dirt covered leg shows.

The once again troubled soulstress spent most of the day on her cell phone as she ran errands around London with some friends.

Meanwhile, after proudly showing off her beach bod during a holiday weekend followed by this latest incident, friends say she just doesn’t care what people think.

    i hate everything about this wreck of a thing… she is always somewhere bleeding… AIDS lookout warning… what a dope fiend and i no you people cant call her a substance abuser… DOPE FIEND thats what she is a damn CRACK HEAD!!!!!! they come in all colors you know!!! if you didnt now you know!!!!

    its been really nice weather here over the weekend so yeah she can dress like that and not freeze.
    she is a trainwreck though.

    There’s apoint where the rock’n’ roll lifestyle just appears to be dirty and gross and Amy is far past that point. It’s not cool, it’s disgusting. She’s always bleeding and just looks like she needs to take a good long bath. I swear she hasn’t been near running water for a good year. Her hair looks ridiculous here as well.
