IT’S TIME FOR COURT!

It’s been three months since Britney Spears slipped away from a psychiatric ward and promptly stirred up a paparazzi car chase, a scene that looked like the beginning of even more erratic behaviour for the troubled pop star.

Now the pop princess officially staging her comeback. She was spotted yesterday getting back into fighting form at Bally’s Total Fitness gym in Century City, CA after recently returning from her younger sister’s baby shower in Kentwood, LA. Miss Spears has been seen working out at Bally’s up to three times in one day recently. Sources say that Brit’s newly rehired manager, Larry Rudolph, is good friends with Bally Chief Marketing Advisor John Wildman and is hoping to work out a deal for the pop star to become the fitness chain’s new spokeswoman.

Meanwhile, the once troubled 26-year-old pop star is expected to attend the custody status hearing in a downtown courthouse with her parents today. Her ex-husband Kevin Federline will also attend. It’s a family reunion, y’all!

Today’s hearing will include discussion of a psychiatrist’s evaluation of Brit-Brit.

Here’s hoping her good behaviour over the past few months will help out this time!

    With all of this working out stuff, shouldnt she be “Toning Up” a bit more?

    she only puts in appearances at the gym. she doesn’t come out sweaty or red in the face. i wish she would just continue to fade away.

    And personally, I wouldnt give her more time with the kids. There is just something that doesnt rest easy on that in my humble opion.

    Hmm… I don’t come out sweaty or red from the gym (only in the cooling down time). Think about it– towards the end, you have to pace the exercises slower and much less vigorous in order to bring down your heart rate. And maybe (but I doubt it ;o) she takes a quick shower at the gym. In any case, I haven’t been keeping track… but when was the last time she saw her kids?
